Tunisia Wins Big at Seoul Travel Fair with Best Stand Management Award

Tunisia has once again shone on the international tourism stage, as the National Tunisian Tourist Office (ONTT), in partnership with the Tunisian embassy in Seoul, clinched the award for “Best Stand Management and Animation” at the 2026 Seoul International Travel and Tourism Fair. The event took place from June 4 to 7 at the COEX Convention Center in South Korea.

The prestigious distinction recognizes Tunisia’s ongoing efforts to promote its destination and boost its visibility in Asian markets. The Tunisian pavilion successfully captured the attention of a broad audience, including both visitors and tourism industry professionals.

What set the Tunisian stand apart was its design, which drew inspiration from the country’s cultural identity and traditional ceramic patterns. The result was an authentic showcase of Tunisia’s heritage, highlighting its rich historical and artistic legacy.

A series of interactive activities held throughout the event—alongside tastings of local products and targeted promotional campaigns—turned the pavilion into a lively hub of cultural exchange between Tunisia and international visitors.

This achievement underscores Tunisia’s growing presence on the global tourism map and confirms the effectiveness of its promotional strategies aimed at diversifying markets and attracting more tourists, particularly from Asia.

By taking part in major international events, Tunisia continues to strengthen its appeal as a destination that seamlessly blends history, culture, nature, and authentic experiences—bolstering the competitiveness of its tourism sector.
