Tunisia Joins Indonesia in Celebrating the 80th National Day with a Distinguished Diplomatic and Cultural Evening

Thursday night, the Embassy of Indonesia in Tunis hosted a grand reception to celebrate the 80th National Day of Indonesia. The evening gathered diplomats, government officials, cultural figures, and friends of Indonesia, reflecting the strong bonds of friendship and cooperation between Tunisia and Indonesia.

The Indonesian Ambassador to Tunisia, Mr. Zuhairi Misrawi, delivered an address in which he highlighted the continuous development of bilateral relations between Tunisia and Indonesia across various fields. He also shed light on the remarkable progress his country has achieved in multiple sectors, affirming Indonesia’s dynamic role on the global stage.

Representing the Tunisian government, Mr. Ahmed Bouhali, Minister of Religious Affairs praised the steady and growing relations between Tunisia and Indonesia, underscoring the shared values and promising prospects of cooperation between the two nations.

The evening also featured vibrant Indonesian traditional dances, which added an atmosphere of joy, color, and cultural richness to the celebration.

A special note of appreciation goes to Ms. Reem Al-Farjani, Head of Public Relations, who gracefully presented the evening’s program. Her eloquence, confidence, and warm presence gave the event an extra layer of elegance and charm, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
