Tunisia is set to take center stage in Africa’s innovation landscape by hosting the second edition of BIGTECH Africa Expo 2025, the continent’s largest event dedicated to technology, artificial intelligence, and startups.

Scheduled for September 9–11, 2025, at the Kram Exhibition Center in Tunis, the expo is expected to draw over 12,000 participants from 12 countries. Spanning 10,000 square meters, the event will feature around 200 startups and exhibitors, 50 African and international investors, and nearly 100 prominent experts.

BIGTECH 2025 will spotlight sectors crucial to the continent’s development, including healthtech, agritech, digital finance, AI, education, energy, and cybersecurity.

Building on the momentum of its inaugural edition, this year’s expo aims to solidify Africa’s role as a global tech hub by fostering dialogue among entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers. It also seeks to accelerate the continent’s digital transformation and enhance regional and international collaboration.

Organizers emphasize Tunisia’s growing reputation as a hub for innovation and talent, making it an ideal host. The event is positioned as a strategic platform for knowledge sharing, business networking, and launching cross-border partnerships.

By bringing together key stakeholders in one space, BIGTECH Africa Expo 2025 hopes to open new markets and unlock economic opportunities for African startups on the global stage.
