The sixth edition of TechDays Tunisia, a major technology cooperation event for the Mediterranean region, concluded on Friday after a four-day program focused on artificial intelligence (AI) and building digital resilience.
Held from November 18 to 21 in both Tunis and Sousse, the 2025 forum was organized by the Tunisian Confederation of Citizen Enterprises (CONECT) and the ANIMA Investment Network. It brought together more than 80 clusters and foreign economic operators from 20 Euro-Mediterranean countries with the goal of facilitating corporate digital transitions and addressing issues of digital sovereignty.
The event’s agenda featured strategic sessions, a roundtable on green and digital collaboration, a “firechat” on financing, as well as dedicated speed networking and B2B meetings.
A key highlight was the Mediterranean Leaders Awards 2025 ceremony, which honored four individuals for their contributions to strengthening Euro-Mediterranean cooperation.
According to a CONECT statement, the event is part of the “Activation of Euromed Value Chains via Inter-clustering” program, which is 90% co-financed by the European Union. Over the past three years, the TechDays initiative has generated over 600 B2B meetings and led to more than 300 partnership opportunities.
The timing of TechDays Tunisia 2025 underscored the country’s growing prominence in the tech sector, coinciding with two other major AI events: the “Global AI Congress Africa” in Sousse and the “Mediterranean Artificial Intelligence Forum” in Tunis.
Through this initiative, CONECT reaffirmed its commitment to positioning Tunisia as a leading Euro-Mediterranean innovation hub and a key player in the ongoing digital transformation.
