The Tunisian Ministry of Energy, Mines and Renewable Energies has launched two tenders, one for 500 MW of solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants and one for 500 MW of wind farms. The date export revenues for the current season (October 1, 2017-May 9, 2018) increased by 31% in value, reaching 597,887 million dinars (MD) against 458,045 MD during the same period in 2017.
