Tunisia sees slight growth of 1.4% in 2024

The Tunisian economy showed signs of resilience in 2024, with sustained growth in Q4.

In a quarterly report published Saturday, February 15, by the National Institute of Statistics (INS), according to the national accounts, the seasonally-adjusted Gross Domestic Product (GDP) recorded an upward trend of 2.4% compared with the same period of the previous year.

Compared with Q3 2024, quarterly growth was 0.9%, reflecting positive economic momentum.

Over the year as a whole, the Tunisian economy grew by 1.4%, a result that testifies to a slight recovery despite the challenges encountered.
