Deputy Chief of Mission Emily Khatkar, attended the launch of the SAHA Academy with Abderrazak Bouzouita, General Manager of the Ministry of Health, and Sina Hadj Amor, General Manager of International Cooperation for the Ministry of Health, Tunisia’s first e-learning platform for healthcare professionals, US embassy to Tunisia reports.
This initiative, funded by the US Embassy, is part of the 16 million Tunisian dinar project to support the fight against corruption in the health sector (SAHA). SAHA aims to modernise health training, promote transparency and improve governance in Tunisia’s health sector.
This academy is another example of how close collaboration between Tunisia and the United States is driving healthcare innovation, fostering professional development and improving patient care.
