As part of its corporate social responsibility policy, the Qnb Tunisia credit institution has provided concrete support to two health facilities in the capital Tunis, the Aziza Othmana hospital and the Bechir Hamza pediatric hospital.
The initiative aims to improve the reception and care conditions in hospitals that need essential equipment, according to a statement from the financial institution. In collaboration with the Carthage Horizon association and in coordination with the Ministry of Health, the bank has actively participated in the development and equipment of several hospital departments.

At the Aziza Othmana hospital, Qnb Tunisia has equipped the haematology department with new and modern medical equipment. As for the Bechir Hamza pediatric hospital, the bank’s contribution has materialized in renovating the spaces dedicated to mothers and children hospitalized in the pediatric department.
The renovated facilities were inaugurated last Monday, in the presence of Minister of Health, Mustafa Ferjani, who voiced appreciation for the active involvement of the private sector and civil society, commending the positive impact of such partnerships in improving the quality of care provided to patients.
Besides, as part of its CSR strategy and its desire to raise awareness among future generations about the importance of digitalization, QNB has launched an action to support the Tunisian Union for Assistance to Mentally Insufficient People in Thala.
The bank equipped a computer room that can accommodate 40 members of the association aged 6 to 20. It also provided computers and keyboards, desks and decorative items for furnishing the room.
This initiative aims to create educational centers in accordance with the objectives of the association, which works for the rehabilitation and training of people with special needs in order to better integrate them into society and professional life.
This action further strengthens the strategic orientations of the QNB Group, reaffirming its commitment to embodying the concept of social responsibility in all its international subsidiaries and providing its continued support to strengthen cohesion between the different members of society.
