Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) Zurab Pololikashvili announced on Friday that his organisation will work, in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts, to establish, in Tunisia, an academy for training in tourism, over the next three months.
The official told media on the fringes of his participation in the opening of the 36th edition of the Handicrafts Creation Exhibition (from March 22 to 31, 2019 in Tunis), that the tourism training academy will play a key role in enhancing the quality of tourist services and upgrading the employees’ potentials in the tourism sector in Tunisia.
