18 foreign-owned companies, among those that have succeeded in developing genuine footholds in Tunisia, were honoured on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA Tunisia), celebrated yesterday in Tunis.
They are the German company DRAXLMAIER TUNISIA, established in Tunisia since 1974, the Belgian company ALSICO TUNISIA (1977), the German company LEONI TUNISIE (1977), the Belgian company DEMCO TEXTILE TUNISIE (1987), the Italian company OPALIA RECORDATI (1988), the Tunisian company COFICAB TUNISIE (1992), the German company MARQUARDT MECATRONIQUE TUNISIE (1997), the American company LEAR CORPORATION TUNISIA (1997-2017-2023).
Other companies honoured include the American company VISTEON ELECTRONICS TUNISIA (2005), the South Korean company YURA CORPORATION TUNISIA (2007), the Japanese company SE Bordnetze Tunisia (2008), the French company MECACHROME TUNISIE (2010), the Dutch company DESERT JOY (2012), the Canadian company WECO CONTACT TUNISIE (2015), NUMERYX TUNISIE (Diaspora/ 2018), the French company SELT MARINE COLLOIDS (2019), the Chinese company ANT PRECISION TUNISIA (2020) and the Swiss company ETILOG TUNISIA (2023).
