Moody’s upgrades Tunisia’s rating to Caa1 with stable outlook
Moody’s announced on February 28 that it had upgraded Tunisia’s credit rating from CAA2 to CAA1 with a stable outlook. The World Bank’s Board of Directors approved a US$100 million project (nearly TND 316 million) on Thursday to improve students’ employability and strengthen the quality and governance of higher education and scientific research institutions in Tunisia.
