EU report welcomes work to strengthen EU-Tunisia relations

The European Commission and the European External Action Service have published a progress report on efforts to strengthen EU-Tunisia relations. Tourism growth “will prevail” over security threats from terrorism, Tui Group chief executive Fritz Joussen has insisted. Arab Index: 74% of Arabs support establishment of democratic regime in their countries

The results of the survey conducted by the Arab Centre for Research and Policy Studies showed that 74 per cent of the respondents in 11 Arab countries support democracy, compared to 16 per cent of the respondents who reject the establishment of democracy in their countries. Libyan-Tunisian trade set to increase in 2018 : General Union of Libyan Chambers

EBRD projects growth rate of 2.7% in 2018 and 3% in 2019 in Tunisia

The growth rate in Tunisia is projected to be 2.7% in 2018 and 3% in 2019, according to the latest forecasts of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in its Regional Economic Prospects report released Wednesday.
