President of the Tunisian-African Business Council, Anis Jaziri, says that the fourth session of the Tunisian-Libyan Economic Forum will be a starting point to give back to trade exchanges between Tunisia and Libya at their “usual distinguished” pace.
The regional office of the Tunisian-African Business Council in Sfax is organising the fourth session of the Tunisian-Libyan Economic Forum on October 12 and 13, 2022, under the slogan “The Forum for the joint building of an integrated economy.”
More than 200 Libyan business leaders -men and women- are participating in the forum, in addition to ministers from both countries, including the Libyan Minister of Industry, Jaziri told media.
“This forum starts in Sfax, which has close and deep economic relations with Libya,” Jaziri said, revealing plans to hold the event every year, as it contributes to forging partnerships with the Libyan side.
The forum will include various activities, such as organising bilateral meetings between entrepreneurs from both sides, workshops on the Misrata-Sabha-Agadis desert route to access sub-Saharan African markets, and free zones for trade.
