On the sidelines of the sixth conference of the Confederation of Tunisian Citizen Enterprises (CONECT) on the Corporate Social Responsibility and Support for Entrepreneurship, a partnership agreement was inked between CONECT and the deposits and consignment fund (CDC).
The gathering was attended by Minister of Industry and SMEs, Slim Feriani, CDC Director-General Boutheina Ben Yaghlène and CONECT President Tarak Cherif.
The conference aimed to popularize the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility as a tool for corporate integration and rescue, given the new exigencies of the market.
According to the participants, the initiative of Corporate social responsibility (CSR) will help an easier access to new highly competitive markets.
CONECT President Tarak Cherif recalled that the Confederation has worked on the dissemination of this concept so as to strengthen the competitiveness of the Tunisian firm nationwide and worldwide.
