Startup Tunisia has officially opened the application session for the Startup Act Label and Pre-Label, the organization announced Wednesday, October 8, 2025.
This October session, which targets innovative young companies and project holders, had been delayed several times due to technical difficulties with the payment gateway. Startup Tunisia has confirmed that the issue has since been resolved.
For this cycle, the number of applications will be capped. Only 20 applications will be selected for the full Label, designed for established startups, and another 20 for the Pre-Label, reserved for projects in the creation phase.
The application period is set to close on October 15, 2025. However, Startup Tunisia indicated that the application portal will close automatically as soon as the maximum quota is reached, even if that is before the official deadline.
The institution emphasized that this reopening marks the return to a normal schedule for the labelling program. This initiative is a key component of Tunisia’s innovation ecosystem, as it facilitates access to the incentives and benefits provided under the national Startup Act.
