Cairo Announces Final Lineup for Horizons of Arab Cinema Competition of its 46th Edition

Cairo International Film Festival is pleased to announce the final lineup for the Horizons of Arab Cinema Competition, in its 46th edition which takes place from November 12 to 21, 2025.
The Horizons of Arab Cinema Competition program includes 9 films:

Goundafa, The Cursed Song | Ali Benjelloun | Morocco | 2025 | 96 min
Dead Dog | Sarah Francis | Lebanon | 2025 | 92 min

Cairo International Film Festival is one of the most prestigious festivals in the Arab world and Africa, and the only one in the region to hold a Category “A” accreditation from the International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF) in Paris. Founded in 1976, the festival is held annually under the auspices of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture.
