Tunisia-focused Phosco raises $3.5m to accelerate phosphate revival

Australian mining firm PhosCo has unveiled plans to raise A$5 million ($3.5 million) to fast-track development at its Gasaat phosphate project in Tunisia, tapping into Tunisia’s urgent push to resurrect its flagging fertilizer industry. The capital injection, to be raised via a share placement with select investors, is expected to close on Feb. 25.
